Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy
Please read and accept these conditions before booking.
• Requests for a tour may be considered confirmed only after your 30% deposit has been received.
• Cancellations
- if you cancel more than 30 days prior to the tour date, your deposit will be returned minus the bank transfer fee.
- if you cancel between 30 and 3 days before the tour, your deposit is forfeit.
- no shows and cancellations 1 or 2 days before the tour will be charged the full amount.
- to cancel your tour ONLY, please send a fax to +39 055 2374169 or call me at this number +39 333 3185705.
